I do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988, dial 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Anticipated Session Fees
- Individual Counseling Session (50 minutes): $65-$85 (anticipated)
- Projected Sliding Scale (50 minutes): $50–$65 per session (limited availability, based on financial need)
- Documentation/Letters (optional, by request): $25–$40
Insurance billing follows contracted rates and member benefits and may differ from self-pay fees.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate (Required Notice)
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for counseling services if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance.
At Purple Oak Therapy, individual counseling sessions are currently anticipated to range from $65–85 per session, with a limited number of reduced-fee spots available for eligible self-pay clients.
The total cost of counseling varies depending on session frequency, duration of care, and individual needs. You will receive a personalized Good Faith Estimate outlining expected charges before your first session.
Your Rights
- You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling.
- If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
